peggysmith_87 @ipsy why do you pick and choose who you help. I emailed on the 2nd because you are sending me a fair person the darkest shade of the huda pallet. I asked for a shade I can use. I was told due to inventory I could not be sent a replacement. I am seeing in makeup groups someone emailed Saturday with the same issue and was in fact sent a Replacement. I have been with Ipsy over 5 years. Does that mean nothing? Why was I not able to get replacement? Why are all Ipsters not treated the same?

kaylalarue I love how now do many other companies are trying to follow in your footsteps. Including mega makeup monsters like Sephora. Haha. You guys are the OG! Ipsy for life! ?? can’t wait for my July Glam Bag Plus! By the way...instead of Glam Bag Plus, I think you should call it the Glam BOX. katiekatstyle @ipsy given all the shipping issues lately, why do you continue to use the same shipping provider? DHL takes so much longer than anyone else and given so many other comments, they often go missing or are extremely delayed. Surely FedEx or the USPS would be as easy, or even some other, more reliable courier.

i_wakeup_4_makeup I’ve been missing out on the Ipsy Glam offers and I just found out why. They used to update at noon EST. Now they update at 8 am EST. I was so bummed I missed the @thejunoco deal. I wanted to share this info for anyone who wasn’t aware of the time change. Xoxo ?

pashasvision Hello , I never got my May bag of my May Add on bag. I also never got my June ad on bag. I paused my account because of this and it is still trying to charge my card . I need a refund of the products I paid for please!!!!!!
