We are less than a month away from the beginning of our summer fiesta starting in July 28th the RIZIN.17. Everybody looks good and they are clearly motivated with the fight out in front of them. I guarantee you that this will be a hot, hot summer for all of you who come to the event.

So why RIZIN is becoming a Japanese vs Foreign Fighter, or Japanese vs Japanese event? There is too many of them and it’s just boring AF. Do you guys not care about catching people outside of Japan?
I know Japanese lightweights are talented but I’d rather see a lot more international bouts that’ll get this event to a higher level.
I won’t say PRIDE days, but I want this event to be one of the big leagues that’ll be admired by many fighters across the globe.
At least great job partnering with Bellator, now let’s get more fighters over here (Pitbull bros and more to come right?).
