As the father and teacher of the child, I can tell you all to not to worry about this. Her training allows her to be working on pointe because it is based on working the back, the arms and legs making it possible to achieve a safe turning and pointe work. As you can see in her sisters @juliamiroverger and @martmiro which started at same age, none of them have any problems regarding their bodies and they also turn amazingly.

Those aren’t pirouettes, that’s just spinning. I get sad that this is what ballet has become for many. ☹️ I don’t even need to get started on the age thing because most everyone else here agrees. Yikes. That said, I always wished I had been a good multiple turner myself. lol Not my strong point!

I know I slipped a pair of pointe shoes on before I was 12 and tried to pirouette. I think everyone is being very harsh. She’s a little girl dreaming about the future. There’s no indication that she is training in point shoes.

In different places the age limit is different to people in Russia they think that 12 or 11 is too late for pointe in America we think that it’s too early before 12 or 11 different places different things guys

You are destroying this little girls feet and her possible dancing career letting her wear pointed shoes at this age!! Shame on her parents. That is cruel. ?
