marta0sha @veroga29 I will send you a picture of how Cenova sofa looks after 1,5 years of using it (2 adults with no children). It is made from a cheap wood, BoConcept rejected our reclamation without even looking at it. Also, we have a problem with Lugo table, and here they accepted reclamation but offer it in a different color as the only way of fixing it ( we bought it as a set with bookstand). They didn’t even take the correspondence from the court, also here they have stopped responding. I was left with expensive furnitures of poor quality with no support from their side. Zero customer service or responsibiloty after the purchase.
