kerilynnsmith @jcppink Ulta usually takes items back if your unsatisfied in any way. I have about 7 cheek pops and I love them so much! This is probably a rare issue bc I've never had this happen. Hope you get it fixed!

jcppink I have a terrible time getting the case open and when i did the blush came loose and when it did open the blush fell out and a piece broke off into the sink. Unusable !!!
