@zalat9732 Your reasoning is very foolish. So you're against 'animal cruelty' but you like the taste of the same animal you're protecting so much so that you have to have a resemblance to it? What kind of stupidity is that? About transforming animal products into authentic different utility forms .... what's the problem with that? Am not like you making my meat resemble my vegetables and fruits. And neither do I make my vegetables & fruits resemble my meat. Should I eat a whole onion instead of slicing it into rings? Or should I eat my watermelon without cutting it into slices? I don't try to make my onion & watermelon taste like or look like meat. I appreciate their taste & look just the way they are. If you're against eating meat or animal protein as a whole, then be true to that. Love your vegetables & fruits instead of trying to get the taste or look of the same animal protein you want nothing to do with. And no, being against 'animalcruelty' yet desiring the taste of the animal meat is not normal. Eat your vegetables & fruits and be happy with your choice. As for morality, am concerned with serious issues like reducing human trafficking & contributing to the care of elderly holocaust survivors. Eating organic animal protein from well raised animals alongside my organic vegetables and fruits is perfectly fine with me.

@denise_and__ @lordwhimsy @pamela_newberry these plant based people supporting this are hilarious. It's plant based but it still has the name meat & made to look like the same meat they don't want to eat? Gotta love plant based people. @ginny_asmr @leahfaaye @kelly.nnguyen @nikki.hauk @ j_lecointe @gaabbyfountain @zalat9732 @c.helsearobinson if you're all plant based but are okay with eating something that resembles the same meat you're against eating .... haha! How about you be true to your plant based selves instead of mimicking meat & other animal protein foods? Because that logic makes no sense whatsoever.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified processed meat as a carcinogen, something that causes cancer. And it has classified red meat as a probable carcinogen, something that probably causes cancer. IARC is the cancer agency of the World Health Organization.
Processed meat includes hot dogs, ham, bacon, sausage, and some deli meats. Red meat includes beef, pork, lamb, and goat.

@mamaandsweetpea it’s for those who wants to do better for the environment or concerns about factory farming but have developed a taste for meat.. Food is a sensitive and personal thing as humans grow up eating one way or another (usually), so more options is good!? You can say that it’s not “natural food” but again, most people eat rice (processed), corn (naturally genetically modified), and bread (highly processed), so I don’t see it as too big of a problem if a person choose to put this in his or her body;)

@alohakimeee I did read the ingredients. Can I ask what you think is wrong with them? Most are common ingredients in food that aren't known to harm people. I think that just because it sounds weird doesn't mean it's bad. For example, Annatto is a traditional South American spice that comes from a plant. And in my opinion, mashed or ground-up burger patties are a lightly processed food even if they're made from veggies. I'm just saying "processed" isn't always bad.
