Good leg session with my brother @ellcrabb yesterday! 👌🏼 not been training properly for a few weeks now, so time to get back properly and start smashing it. Going to trim down abit and get leaner I think, it’s so hard to though mentally, I personally feel, once you have been a certain size, then trimming down and feeling your clothes slightly looser than they were before, just mentally screws you up and makes you then want to get bigger again because you feel you’re going backwards 🧠😩.. but I feel like I want to be leaner and fitter rather than feeing heavy when I’m running etc.. I’m 6’5 so in my head I always look too thin, so I need to just sort my head out basically 😂🤦🏼♂️ will keep you updated on the training and progress, physically and mentally! 🙌🏼 Anyone else trying to achieve a certain goal but feel they need their frame of mind to change in order to achieve it??

Yes but I can’t seem to stop eating all the wrong things. I crave sugar but really want to tighten my tummy. I’m only 5’3 and 9.8 stone so not worried what the scales say just tighten up.

100% I’ve been telling myself to start working out every morning for about 7 weeks! Every day ends and I haven’t done anything but eat! So hard to change your mindset to motivated 🙈🙈
