We were tought how to make them in the proper way and because I’ve never had them before I completely lost my mind for them. I still haven’t confessed how many of them I had that day, but this combination of sweetness, crunchiness and beutiful flavor of velvety custard was truly to die for.  After I got back home I immediately messaged my Lisboa connection, customer turned friend @butekk who with great help of @takemybreadaway organised the dispatch and within two weeks the mailmen kocked to my door with a clanking box. Obrigada, amigos :* I made them for my last farmers market. With best quality eggs, dough made with lard. They weren’t that perfect as those one in France, but good enough to bring them to the peeps :) A tad too Sweet to me and since there is no espresso around I’ve decided to knock the sugar down with some fresh raspberries.
