I just finished a 12 hour ICU shift and was gonna skip today. But SOMEBODY couldn't MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS!! So now I'm stead of relaxing, IM IN PLANK POSITION. And since I feel like I can DO MORE now I gotta GET ON BEACH BODY ON DEMAND and do your DAMN MAX OUT 15 VIDEO.
