boroka Hey @etsy ! I need to close my account, but getting a '404 error'. Please advise!!! After being a loyal customer since 2008, your "support" has decided that it is OK for a seller to send a completely incorrect item to a customer (wrong serial number and color). Clearly, quality control is not a priority on your platform anymore, so I need to take my money to @rubylanecom for high end jadeite!
