nkredble @nolagirl42 A quick search on the internet shows that A Capitol Fourth has been around for a couple of decades (see the PBS website), so no, it's not Trump's "party". Looks like it's just entertainment/music/fireworks, so no military parades from what I've read. The separate events take place at slightly different times, and different locations. Lindsey hasn't been "hush" about attending A Capitol Fourth, there are postings about it on her Facebook page. Why the accusations/judgement when none of us know what Lindsey is thinking? But I guess that can be the downside of media today; we can look at a post and make a snap judgement about someone (guilty here), especially if we don't know them. It's kinda sad that with today's social media, judgements are so readily forthcoming, but apologies unfortunately not so much.
