mlarosa320 @ultabeauty went that route already. Went that route already. I went from having 200+ points to -80. So not only did ulta basically steal my money, they took away points too. Then had the audacity to tell me that points couldn't be put back. Sephora and Dermstore for me!

mlarosa320 Thank you ulta for taking away my points before their expiration and then telling me when I emailed to inquire hey we're sorry, we can take 'em but we can't put 'em back. Not even an offer for a merchandise credit. Great customer service.
