While we're not sure if this was the best backside air ever done on a surfboard (as @btoddrichards boldly declared from the commentators' coop), it was easily the most stylish maneuver of @stab_high and technical to boot, which is why @currencaples received a score of 40/50 from the judges. For reference, that's tied for the highest backside number of the event and just two points below the highest overall score, being @chippawilson's full rotation lien in the final. Either way, we can't stop watching Curren's gorgeous method (if you'd allow us to call it that). @モンスターエナジー | @vanssurf
