smaddux90 @jacobslifecoach I cant tell you that assistant coaches are the deciding factor in a teams wins or losses. These guys are professionals. But I can't see how changing a young coach for another makes tons of difference. Seems like hes well liked amongst the league. Cant see how it hurts any.

smaddux90 @debann1 no, his contract expired. Dallas didnt renew it. This is simply a move made by the GM because the HC wanted this guy. I think that's fair. Jim Nill isnt Jerry Jones in the fact that he allows his coaches the ability to choose his staff.

smaddux90 @jacobslifecoach because the head coach wanted him. And Jim Nill isnt Jerry Jones.in other words, let the coach have his people. That's how it should be.

jacobslifecoach This is a terrible move. Assistants play a huge role in a teams approach and mindset. I can’t see how this helps our team
