We’re celebrating at CENTRUM by selecting the finest and freshest seafood straight from the fish market for the CATCH OF THE DAY dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. We’ve picked the three best kinds of fish available on the day, from which you choose the one you would like for dinner. Our chef will then prepare and grill the whole fish for you.
