Yesterday one of the most important Hip Hop/Urban Dance Competitions on the west coast took place. @officialbodyrocksd is an event that sparked a huge fire in me to make movement a major part of my life when I was young. Events like this are so important for the youth, they help our culture to grow and prosper for future generations to come. .

Yesterday I saw generations of movers and it was beautiful😭 From @logistx_ugf to @theronytay to @kinjaz & @Jabbawockeez to even @buddhastretch @linkefc 🙌🏽 There are levels to this thing man. Long story short I enjoyed myself in SD and excited for the future of the dance culture and community.
