del_del @barneysny I had the worst customer service ever in Barney’s Boston location I have purchased in a total over $1000 this March, I got a gift card with $200 ,since then I got very ill and had almost every day doctors appointments and scheduled for surgery So I went today and the cosmetics manager refused to renew my gift card and I told they do it for me all the time in Saks fifth avenue, she said we don’t , and I told her this is a bad customer service, and I’ll take my business to different place, and she said okay!!!!!
