I‘ve always had a connection to Italy and Italian culture like to no other.
Many years ago I used to live in a tiny village somewhere between Como and Bergamo, and spent there some of the best years of my life. ⠀
I have mixed feelings looking at the old pictures of my house, it seems to be like a distant dream, almost like it never happened.
I wonder what kind of life I’d have now if I stayed there... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I‘m going there in a couple of days and I’m so excited to reconnect with friends and visit my favorite places. It‘s going to be quite an emotional trip I guess.

dogandhuman_ Have an amazing time, Such a beautiful home. I too have been thinking about how lucky I’ve been to have travelled to so many amazing places... The universe allows us to move to the place it needs us to be. I tried so hard to move my family to NYC for years and the universe fought me every step of the way... eventually I discovered that it had a very different plan for me and I have re discovered my deep deep love of horses. Have a wonderful trip enjoy beautiful Italy. X

_namaste_nay Literal exact same feels for Italy. I left Florence a few years ago and wonder what life would be if I would’ve stayed. I long to move back one day ?? I know I must’ve lived many lifetimes in that beautiful place that always felt like home to me in this lifetime ?

bel.licious Gorgeous ? I love Italy too. My sister lived in Milano... fond memories. They will greet you with open arms and the Italian sun and hospitality will do wonders. Enjoy it and our Europe heat wave??
