rokasmove Well, I believe its not for everyone. I tried vegeteriand and plant based diets for 4 years. My endurance went up, strength went down. Eventually I started getting disy after hard work or standing up straight. Once I got back to meat, my strength came back. No dizziness. I'm from North, so I believe you can survive without meat, but can't strive. As well it depends on every human. There's no one way to eat. We are different, as I like to look, different types of breads.

tycrowl I’m still a firm believer in 45% Greens 50% meat 5-0% carbs is the best method for a healthy life for the majority of people. But ya know I felt good on vegetarian and good on carnivore. People are unique and respond differently to different forms of diets. I think trial and error over your lifetime to find what works best for you is what you should do.
