iam_maly Hey chrispy! I just wanted to hop on and say how much I miss your health improvement vlogs. I just wanted to give you some encouragement if you are needing it. I know life can be hard and it gets in the way sometimes. We get in the way of ourselves mostly. When I have bad days the last thing I want to do is eat smart or move my body BUT if we only work hard on the good days instead of working on the hard days, we slow ourselves down from who we truly want to be. It's now....or never girl. I have to tell myself that every morning. Don't get me wrong sometimes the times are just too difficult to put on my clothes to do some sweating in but it's ok. Anyway no matter what you decide girl you look amazing! Hope to see you back soon!
