Is rotation a result of competing/interacting mass due to the warping of spacetime? If so how can a planet still rotate on it's own axis at the same time, ie is there a point at which a planet cannot maintain axis rotation when close to a certain amount of mass?

I have seen on the internet many people talk about the photo of the US flag on the Moon, a photo taken from Earth or even from the ISS, or even from some satellite ... I did not find this photo on Google. Could NASA make a post with this photo?
