Not sure if you'll read this but my daughter has finally been diagnosed with a brain injury from numerous concussion that went unreported by her cheerleading coaches. She was blackballed from her sport after attending the world championships 4times the coaches were more concerned about getting in trouble than taking care of the athlete. Now shes been struggling with what to do in the next phase of her life shes only 18 but to lose cheer nearly ended her life. Now she shifted to coaching and weve started a non profit cheer club where all kids are welcome especially the kids that struggle. We just started using your body bible workout with our kids and we plan to share what we do with you. You are an inspiration to what we do. We love you Nile. from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. You can check us out on facebook at "indigenous cheer excellence" you and your family have helped our family to heal and to move on. And my husband and I have both switched rommartial arts and figure skating to become cheerleading coaches with our daughter all in the name of concussion awareness, prevention and as away to give kids and athletes a voice to not be scared to speak up when they are I injured. Thank you again for just being who you are.

I would have loved to have heard this from someone like you decades ago, but I didn’t and muddled through with bits of help from others. I don’t mean to say that watching and listening to a two minute video would have made everything miraculously better, but knowing that other people who, seemingly, have everything together also have the same struggles would have helped immensely. So.. I’d like to thank you for all of the countless people that you are helping by being open about your experience. And I hope you know how much this will help so many other people. I don’t mean, in any way to make you feel pressure to help others, I just want you to know how much this means to me and others.

Nile, please please please never feel pressure to keep us entertained on your channel. I've followed you for a long time, and think you're amazing. What makes you even more amazing is this video today. You've had your successes and then been knocked back by surgeries and more, and that isn't easy if you're in the public eye. Never feel obligated to keep laughing and joking. Your motto is Train smart, keep it real. Everyone has great times and terrible lows, don't be afraid to show them. It makes people realise you're just like us, and more relatable. That's keeping it real. It's lovely to see you back with that twinkle in your eye again. Take care lad x x

Great video especially sharing your story. Very important to realise if you’re anxious as it can lead to depression. Speaking to someone about your emotions and thoughts is a step towards healing and being a stronger person. This is the are I have helped so many people with mental issues - by helping you release the locked emotions. You’re a stronger person for going through this. And thank you for sharing your story and giving hope to many in a similar situation ??????????❤️❤️

As a former gymnast, someone who struggles with anxiety & ocd, and someone who’s in the last year of a masters degree program to become a therapist, I just want to tell you that I appreciate you and your message! It takes a lot of strength to publicly announce to millions that you have struggles just like everyone else! It’s so important for young men to see other men standing up and saying that it’s ok to feel emotions and ask for help! So thank you Nile for posting this ❤️
