I know it looks funny. In the next post I will explain you more about it but before I would like to ask you: DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT IT’S FOR ❓❓❓

Я знаю что это смотрится смешно, но поверьте в этом есть логика.
Как вы думаете в чем смысл выполнения движения РЫВОК в лыжах?)))

I think there a lot of different things. I think with skis you can't go up with you feet on the way down and up. That changed the biomechanik I think that feels a little sicker than without skies because you triceps surea can't work so explosiv, other muscle parts do that know. And you always see the line from feet to knee. Looks like a nice variation.??

To make it easier to slide your feet so you train how much movement they should have during the like jump or hop when you start the second half of the snatch? Which should increase stability?

I think it's better for ur back because ur corpse is in the straight line with head and back. Also u can bring more power from legs instead of ur back.

@diapers_and_dumbbells hear that bar contact... that’s what I’m talking about recognizing how hip contact can help transfer the weight over head

I did his seminar. He tells this story and the reason why coach forced his team mate to do that in training.
