@askiliza #AskIlizaAnything So, I have this thing that's gnawing at me, I don't really know how to word it, but I'll try; before you married, during your time still dating, were you ever in a relationship,or would you have considered one, with someone that was a fan, or who knew who you were, admired and respected you? If not, what did you do,, or not do and why? Do you think that it would've been too weird? I ask because I may have feelings for someone that is somewhat famous, not super famous, like Marilyn Manson or Johnny Depp. But he does have a very loyal and particular fan base, and I suppose I am one of them now too... It's kind of a long story, but I just need to know if I am crazy, or if this is what it feels like to be a groupie... I have no delusion that they have feelings for me and also feel it's necessary to mention that throughout my life, I've had a celebrity crush, I've been briefly star struck (I live in NYC) and I've also spent time with somewhat famous people before and I've never felt this way. To be honest, the only time I've ever felt anything similar was when I was in the early stages of what became love. This person also lives on the west coast, it's very unlikely that it could ever become anything, I just wish this feeling would go away, especially if it's all for nothing... So, please, I'm asking you: what do you think, what are your thoughts Iliza?

Women are actually becoming funny now that its "trending". I wish accepting truth and it blissful ignorance would trend too. Everyone shitting on women for not being funny has helped their gender for eterntity. I wonder what will happen if everyone starts shitting on womens intelligence and lack of reality... maybe they will suddenly start seeing reality as is and not as told. Women were not funny in the past and really never have been minus a few rare examples, way more are funny as hell now! Women just need to be shit on more for their own good. Babying them like princesses and telling them they're funny to be nice or to idiotically use a few examples to define 3.5 billion women only hurts women. Women need to be shit on, not encouraged...

I've always been good with either male or female comedians. Funny is funny wherever it comes from. There are actually a lot of ladies out there doing it if you look, and the number is always growing. They are still lacking some of the support and recognition the headlining men get, but it seems to be gradually getting better.

So does it make me a bad person because most women comedians don’t make me laugh? Laughing at comedy is an emotional response like love, and like love you don’t get a choice.

I never understood that whole thing. Funny is funny. Hot is hot. They are not mutually exclusive. Right? Like, stupid is as stupid does. — Gump
