I love my meditation! It is so important to me.
About 4 years ago I really discovered how much it connected me to more of my truth and more of myself! The world is so noisy if you can’t hear your own inner voice it’s so easy to get lost in everyone else’s opinion and thoughts for you. It’s a powerful tool for me and I’m much stronger and more grounded with it.
