Something I have been conciously trying to work on lately. I am so busy six days out of the week with my training that I tend to stack all of “life stuff” or things that need to be done on my one day that I have off. THEN end up being exhausted come Monday when I should be feeling refreshed.

So now I am really putting effort into time by myself & time FOR myself. It’s really helps me relax if I can spend time OUTSIDE & I swear to god I get energy from the sun .. must be a sunflower?! ☀️😜🌻

Today I spent some time on the hammock, in the sun with all my favorite music in the yard hehe. Ready for a new week now! xxx
