S U N D A Y S U P P E R - I almost always have a bolognese sauce in the freezer. It’s super versatile. Here I’ve roasted some aubergines until tender topped with bolognese, dollop of quark, fresh herbs and a sprinkle with parmesan. Dinner done in 30 mins with minimal effort.

Plus a yummy ? tomato and garlic sugo is a must in the freezer. Quickly served with ? pasta or with the ricotta dumplings.... a favourite of my little girl!

kesiahosking Yes! We do the same, we stuff Romano peppers and add mozzarella and basil, or courgette boats or stuffed portobello mushrooms. Love bolognese ?
