@marco_polo_1325 bouldering is it best way, if you've been bouldering 3+ times a week and have plateaued, then you should start looking at where your weakness is, more hand strength is good, but it may be that you need more body strength or to work on footwork in order to progress. Hang boarding is great, but dont let it detract from climbing hard and don't get injured ;)

Unfortunately I'm dealing with some sort of shoulder injury that need to get looked at 1st before I start climbing hard again.. definitely enjoy following your post.. cheers from the great white north in Canada..?

@shaunacoxsey are you training equal amounts boulder, speed and lead at the mo or are you putting more into one discipline than another?

Some days I look at pump as like proof that I’m trying hard and therefore enjoy sometimes too??♂️??♂️
