I am incredibly disappointed in your services @delta. I’ve been in this airport for over 8 hours. Flight 1770 that was supposed to take off at 7pm got delayed and we kept getting incorrect information for 3-4 hours, keeping us here thinking we were going to be able to get to our destination tonight. Only for you guys to completely cancel the flight after midnight and put us on an 11am the next day. No hotel. No compensation. No clear information. Just, sorry your flight was cancelled bye. Stranded. And the nonsense about it being about the weather when many other flights went out, and you guys deliberately kept us here waiting for another crew and another crew (which is clearly not a weather issue but a management problem). Terrible customer service. After this experience, I am seriously considering to never fly with you again.

I need help, please!!!!! I forgot my luggage on flight 2778 La Guardia - Atlanta on June 21. I am from Brazil, and Delta from my country does not want to help me find my luggage, but she is very very important to me.
Help me please! I filed a request on Lost & Found on Delta's website, but I still have not had an answer. The report number is 1636091.
The passenger who found my luggage that I forgot inside the plane, sent me a message on Facebook with the information that left the luggage with the flight attendant. She and he took the baggage together to the Delta service desk, and the officials said they would keep the suitcase at Lost and Found.

Today on flight 2847 from New York to forth laurandel of @flyfrontier one of the flights attendant while promoting the destinations the airline travel to metion to passengers not to travel to Dominican republic at the moment. I consider it is very disrespectful to any Dominican citizen on that flight.

I am appalled by the treatment I received today flying from Orange County to Las Vegas. Sophie T at SNA was degrading, disrespectful and humiliating. As a Platinum Medallion member that flies Delta multiple times a month I would expect decent service. Disgraceful .

@bill_ferg63 I never had to pay any change of flight fee. I guess as long as it's Delta's fault, they'll also pay for it. I don't know your situation so I can't rly say anything about it. What happened to you and why did u get charged?
