Very disappointed in Delta flight 2558 from Atlanta to Las Vegas that my sister, 11 year old daughter and I flew on Thursday. I didn’t do seat assignments since I had given my daughter’s age assuming that they would put her with one of the adults listed on the flight. I was wrong. I stopped and asked three different airline people before boarding, and no one would help me. I then asked people around us to switch so she could sit with one of us, and no one would. One lady even said “she will be fine”. A delta employee was also another passenger that was asked, and he wouldn’t switch. The flight attendant asked me to wait til the plane was in the air to coordinate something. She was rude herself and never came back to help. At no time, did I raise my voice or catch an attitude with anyone. It is not only disappointing that delta wouldn’t seat an 11 year old with other adult passenger she’s traveling with, but also would be uncooperative when trying accommodate her. It is also disappointing that no passengers would be thoughtful enough to look out for a child. None of this is ok. #skymileslife #deltaairlines

my family and i are avid delta users but your service is laguardia is unacceptable. we waited over 20 minutes in the sky priority line as they wheeled random people over in front of everybody in the sky priority line. i respect that there is a special services line, as there should be, but people from that line should not be given blatant priority and being escorted over to the sky priority line in front of us. a woman was literally wheeled from out of nowhere (not even special services line) in front of the 5 of us in sky priority line.
not to mention, the woman who eventually helped us, Yasmin, was less than pleasant. the baggage checking attendants also seemed more interested in socializing than efficiently moving people through. VERY disappointed

hi @delta are you going to fix seatpurchases bug?I have tried to purchase seats 3x, no confirmation, error message and 3 pending charges on my account. I've talked to a rep. on the phone after 30 mins of holding and she's not sure when the error will get fixed. can you give a timeline when we can actually make seat purchases? thanks.

So I volunteer my seat, they loose my baggage and this is their response 'The bag was scheduled to be forwarded on Qantas Airways on 19JUN, flight QF12. Since this is a different airline, I am unable to verify the arrival of the bag. BDM" DO NOT USE DELTA

Once again (and again and again), delta has made a normal travel day into an absolute nightmare. I can’t get myself back on a delta plane. I’d rather fly @spiritairlines. #saveus
