sherryeckhart Jorge taught me to chant "make a little pool and stick it in make a little pool and stick it in make a little pool and stick it in" in my head and figure out how fast or slow you need to chant it and keep saying it at that pace the whole time until the end. Haha! It was most helpful thing ever!
