You live in the world you create, why do people talk about something positive for 2 minutes but can focus on something negative for 2 hours, think about what can go wrong instead of letting it go right. If you allow the negative to consume you, it will become you. Try and change the narrative, if not just in your mind, don’t allow the social leaches to influence you, don’t let someone else’s problems become your own. The next time you are sitting around and all anyone is focusing on is something negative try and change the conversation and see what happens... Do you focus on the negative and not even realize it?
