jimyjamslam @erichiermeyer29 I don't know if you're aware of it or not but musicians like Muddy waters, Chuck berry, Howling wolf, Little richard paved the way for all the so called "rock and roll" bands that came AFTER. British, American or otherwise. Zeppelin, The rolling stones, Elvis Presley, The Beatles all derived a massive amount of inspiration from earlier black artists. Your "facts" are more like opinions based in psuedoscience. Many of those black artists of that time didn't get the recognition they so desperately deserved for obvious reasons. Take a seat???

erichiermeyer29 @jimyjamslam Well okay, everyone has their own musical taste, obviously we can’t just name one group or artist as the BEST. But what is a fact, is their innovation, their influence, their musical complexity, as if they didn’t already play their instruments remarkably.

bakebeanie The Beatles started the British Invasion! There were many great bands in Europe, the Beatles made it to America, and let the world know, music is universal.
