First Look: Introducing SUPER EIGHT Resort 2020 Collection. “For Resort, I was thinking about an old Super 8 film of my family growing up in Sydney. On holidays, by the beach as young kids, or at home by the pool over summer, with our parents hanging out with their friends, just having fun. My mum smiling and laughing, everyone seemed so beautifully dressed and elegant, despite the casualness of the occasions. There was the thoughtfully placed scarf in the hair, matched back to an easy feminine dress or a playful short and shirt set. I guess there’s a little something of the era that comes through in the collection, but I was much more interested in the mood that those films evoke.
