kgamble05 I was fortunate to meet Doc & his wife and the oldest and youngest boys in Acapulco back in ‘87. Had a great time with them and all the local Acapulco/Copa crew! He and his family were/are incredible!

fauxrealman I asked him jokingly at Sano one day while sitting next to him if he’d ever surfed the “tubes of Tyre” in northern Israel ? he didn’t quite get , good surfer even in his seventies

markos.amieleos @matsui56 I'm just saying let's not go and completely idealize the guy. He had some pretty large flaws just like everyone else.

matsui56 @markos.amieleos we've all seen parents raise kids with worse intentions and it go wrong so I wouldn't judge too hard.
