Golden rule: Be nice, think first. My dad taught me that. It’s one of the first things I ever remember learning from him, and I often think about that, especially in the *frustrating* moments in life. His unwavering patience and devotion to the people he cares about is something I hope to carry through my life. I often talk about my mom (aka one of my coaches and best friends) as she travels with me and plays such an important role in my career, whereas my dad is a bit more of an unsung hero, but believe me, I couldn’t do any of what I do without him. He is my family’s rock, a logistics wizard (I call him the “schedulizer”), and the Lorax’s identical twin (which isn’t really important except that he always laughs when I say that and I hope it makes him smile to read it😅) plus so so much more. So, here’s to you Dad, Happy Father’s Day. ❤️❤️
