savannahnash7 @dracut1966 Many studies have shown gender-neutral raising is far more beneficial for the child, gives them autonomy, choice and confidence without feeling pressure to conform. I’d be more concerned with subjecting them to all of the judgements on this platform. Though i suppose it is an unavoidable common occurrence in their daily lives as well, even from well-meaning loved ones.

nestorhippie Why all the comments on the hair... My boys had really long Hair for a long period of time and recently they choose to cut it because they never experienced short hair so it was their choice... In the early days man has very long hair and no one would mistake them for women....
