If he ever writes a book about his life story I will let you know. It's starts with escaping from Germany to Paris with 17 years, having no home and help, and ends with working now for more then 45 years for Hôtel Plaza Athénée, the best hotel in Paris and the world, as restaurant directeur. Listing to what he has to tell is great and inspiring. I hope you guys will meet people like Werner in your life that can share their experiences with you.
