@leonoraybar Horrible! Something like this happened to me from Paris to Israel. We arrived 3 hours ahead in the business class line and they wouldn’t even allow us to sit down waiting to see if they had oir seats because they had given them to soem people that had arrived from the usa. Apparently they had priority to the seats. In the end we had to run to catch the plane, my parents are older, and our business class seats were taken away from us. Why bother booking, why bother choosing dates, when in the end all the plans fall by the way side. What can we do? Not sure. No one extends an ear, there is no email to write to, and when you call it is like talking to a wall with an I’m sorry for your experience, nothing we can do comment.

Vraiment la pire compagnie !! J’ai réservé mon vol et bloqué le tarif dimanche, lundi impossible de faire le règlement en ligne !! Un tchat qui répond à côté de la plaque, 20min d’attente au téléphone pour une conseillère qui ne sait rien et ne peut rien faire. J’ai du booker un autre vol avec 50€ de plus of course !!!!! 40 min pour remplir la réclamation en ligne, et je viens de recevoir la réponse : je dois appeler le même service client !!!! Pathétique ! Sans parler que j’ai du peser mon bagage cabine avec mon sac en arrivant et faire la queue pour cela et j’aurais du payer pour 2kg de trop !!!!!! Jamais été aussi mal traité par une compagnie, même low coast!!!!

Air France must publish the customer satisfaction rate from Brazil. After 2 months that I did a travel from Barcelona to São Paulo - I´m still waiting a feedback related about the DAMAGE REPORT REGISTRED IN THE SÃO PAULO AIRPORT. I HAD A BABY STROLLER BROKEN. AIR FRANCE NEVER CALLED ME TO EVALUATE THE NEXT STEPS AND REFUND THE INCONVENIENT. I DID 7 INTERACTIONS BY PHONE AND WEBSITE. LAST CALL REGISTER: 1806-19-ACTP-1324.

@leonoraybar This happened to me on my way to Israel two years ago and is happening once again when my flight itinerary was changed without even an email to tell me. I have had my travel itinerary ruined and damily members areiving on different dates- total disaster. What can be done?

What a terrible airline! You just lost @thatsheart luggage!! And it also happened with my fiancé last year! Unbelievable!! I will tell all my friends never to fly with airfrance!! What a pity!
