Finally home after a weekend to remember, and so full of gratitude and love for this amazing group of humans - for my cast mates who welcomed me into the ensemble with warm hearts and playful spirits, for our director Joe Mantello, whose guidance changed me, for @mrrpmurphy and his belief and audacious commitment to tell the kinds of stories not many would dare to, for David Stone and our producing team and their expert ability in helping realize this vision, for our whole crew who helped hold this play up every night, and for Mr. Mart Crowley who so courageously put his heart, shame, and anger to words 50 years ago when the world would have rather kept him silent. So much has changed in 50 years - we won’t go back. Thanks to the @broadwayleague and @thewing for our award. It was an honor to have had any part in the Boys In The Band, and this honor only adds to feeling of gratitude and joy I hope to continue giving back outwardly. Gah! What a night!
