Small Sea Bream Steam + Grilled with Potatoes Recipe to get you through the week! ✨

INGREDIENTS:
1 Small Sea Bream (8inches)
2 Potatoes, cut into 1/2inch slices
1/2 Red onion, cut into thick slices
4 Rosemary sprigs
1 Tomato, cut into 1/4inch slices
5 Garlic Cloves
7 oz. White wine
3.5 oz. Water
1/2 Lemon, cut into thick slices
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove scales, fins, and guts from the sea bream and wash thoroughly.
2. Make a slit in the back of the fish until the blade touches the spine and tuck rosemary sprigs and slices of tomato, garlic, and lemon. Sprinkle salt and pepper and place the fish in the Steam + Grill.
3. Arrange remaining vegetables around the fish and lightly salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat.
4. When the Steam Grill is hot, pour white wine and water and cover with the lid.
5. Steam + Grill until the fish and vegetables are cooked through.
