Waking up on my birthday 🎁 I decided to scroll through all the photos and videos of the last two years. I got an overwhelming feeling of gratitude to be so fortunate to be able to travel to so many beautiful places and create so many incredible memories that have all taken part in expanding my mind about this world we live in - @ericdamier .

I also would like to share this with you. Life is so simple, we control everything with our minds regardless of our current situations. I’ve met poor people who live extremely happy and rich people who live extremely miserable. The day I started waking up and praying 🙏🏼 for all that I’m grateful for my life took a massive shift in the best direction. I suddenly found myself feeling deeply happy and at peace with everything. Bad days turned into opportunities to learn and good days turned into normal days. We all have this ability to walk around in a state of gratitude no matter how bad our situation is, being alive, having food and water is already a massive blessing. I challenge you and invite you to start your day with gratitude prayer or simple close your eyes and think of all the things you’re grateful for. Have a beautiful day
