Next set of physical therapy exercises for my hip. Things are feeling much better already and my triple loops are feeling so much better. I love that some of you have adopted these exercises. Should I keep sharing?

First exercise: increasing my ankle mobility by pushing through my heel. According to @ignitephyzio my range of motion is super low since I’m essentially training in heels all day. •
Second exercise is a mobility exercise that strengthens the split position and improves the strength of the outside of the hips. •
The last one works on improving hip mobility in all directions and targets the deep muscles around the hips
