That's absolutely the best food in the world. The closed Georgian version is also magnificent. The best recipe version we have found is in "Please to the Table" by Anya van Bremzen. But nothing beats eating it in country.

@thelangkster it’s bread cooked in a tandoori like oven, filled with a salty cheese and an egg yolk on top and a pat of butter.
