Fingers crossed we get invited to a party over the weekend with Kamaboko Dip on the menu. @chefwonder's recipe combines tender julienned kamaboko (a pink-and-white fish cake sold frozen at Asian grocery stores) with crunchy scallions, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sour cream laced with umami-packed dashi concentrate (hondashi).
