#ChefSommelier of 20 years at Shiseido’s French restaurant L’Osier, #ToshifumiNakamoto, has been decorated with the esteemed honor of "Ojuhosho" (Medal with Yellow Ribbon for industriousness), which "celebrates people who have an exemplary track record," by the Japanese Cabinet Office. Mr. Nakamoto started his career 30 years ago, when the occupation of #sommelier was not well-known in Japan, and “makes constant efforts to propose harmonious pairings of wine and cuisine that match the moods of my customers.” Together with four other sommeliers at L’Osier, Mr. Nakamoto welcomes our customers, and has the dream of "L'Osier sending out the world's best sommeliers."
