@dh.schleich i know they are doing a realy good job, and I know that the crew loves this show as much as we do. But this kinds stuff is not on their hands, this is all about mappa's management of projects... And it's not an unusual thing for studios to delay the releases and production of their show to the point that by the time that everything is read to go no one cares anymore about It. Even Shingeki no kyojin didn't get the desired audience on season's 2 release, but it took then almost 4 years to finish it, you can even see that season 3 launched waaay faster. There's a reason for that, doesn't matter how popular something is, if you don't keep up with it there's a big chance that your public is just gona stop caring about you... By now that teaser should be out for the public by now, so People can keep up with the movie. They don't talk about it anymore... Even I forget about It from time to time... And I love this show ;---; that's the sadest part for me. I'm afraid that they don't get the desired audience in the future and YOI just dies like alot of stuff in this industry

@dh.schleich I'm not going to have high hopes for this show cause I'm scared of being right. But being on the optimistic side of this situation when the teaser came out in the theaters this fandon rised from the ashs like a fenix. But they got frustrated realy quickly, so they just went back to sleep. Maybe the movie will do well, cause there're a lot of people that still cares about YOI. But the season two is a wild card at this point. In the best scenario It would take then a year to do It, so If the movie lauches in the end of this year, season 2 would be up by the end of 2020 or the first semester of 2021. So this fandon would have to survive 4/5 years without a "next level" in the best scenario. As I said, it's alot of time for people to wait. So season two will not get the same audience that It would If they have released It in 1/2 years after season 1. It's sad but it's true.

@luiza.bianco i feel like this fandom rises from the dead when some thing little comes out and nothing else happens and we all die again. I know a lot of people hv left the fandom but maybe some will come back when the movie comes out. As you said the movie probably won’t do as well as season 1, but I kinda think it might at least do decent. And yes season 2 is a long shot. They could leave it at the ending or add on either way. But I’m sure it would take a long time, like the movie is. I think it even took 2 years for them to make season one, cause didn’t Kubo go visit the some of the places that they put in the show and things like that?

@luiza.bianco I just recently started watching Shingeki no kyjin and I did realize that season 3 came like super fast. I even found myself saying “I wish yoi would’ve done that”? and I know... it’s sad to think about the Yuri on ice movie probably isn’t going to get as much attention as the 1st season but hopefully it will do decent? And I know it’s like already half dead but I really hope it doesn’t just die completely and even the creators stop? I would probably cry, I just love this show sm.

@dh.schleich yeah, she did. They did a lot of research for this show... They made this with a lot of love and a short budget, and I admire that, you can see how much they cared about their project. I'm realy upsat, the delay is not their's fault and If this show die because of the Studio menagement we all can cry for weeks... But
dh.schleich
@luiza.bianco for real though, would’ve have been better for business if they did season 2... and then maybe a movie? Or even if the did the movie then season 2 not long after. But nahhhhh? bruhhh I need a season 2 tho I will dieeeee, is very sad to think about not getting one ripppp.
