A doctor who’s going to be apart of your life and isn’t just looking at your chart to “catch up” on you. One that knows what you’re doing in your life and actually knows your name. Someone who can help you prevent illness, not just give you meds when you're sick. Someone who can give you advice on nutrition and performance optimization. -- I know that doctor talk is one of those “avoid at all costs kind of convos,” but my doctor at @SteadyMD has been awesome leading up to this overseas trip.
