@cadillac I emailed them months ago. They wanted me to take it to the dealership and pay to get it checked out. I’m not wasting more money when I already knew what the problem was along with a ton of others with the problem. There’s even a Facebook group “Cadillac srx problems” you should join it and check out your customers feedback.

@cadillac no you don’t .. I emailed you guys months ago when I got my srx about the known headlight problem. Why would you do a recall for one state? Makes zero sense, what if they moved to another state after the bought it? Oh well bought new headlights housings and leds and I can actually see now. First and last Cadillac for me..

@cadillac broad recall? Maybe your not familiar but it was a recall on the srx headlights. You guys only did it for one state though. Now sending letters to owners that already fixed theirs to send in the bill and you will take care of it. I haven’t received a letter though. Very strange to only recall in one state..

Seriously I saw the numbers of the new “V” series and I thought those were the base numbers but then I saw the V and was like “no way.” Cadillac, you were doing excellent with the CTS-V and good with the CT6-V but the CT5-V and CT4-V left me underwhelmed and disappointed.

@tylerevan001 get a srx and you won’t say that.. nothing but problems. They don’t even want to fix the factory headlight issue, it’s pretty much like driving with no light on at night. Then after a class action law suit they replaced them but only in one state 🤷🏻♂️
