Today I went for a smear test (cervical screening) before heading to training. I have been meaning to go for over a year. I’m disappointed that it took me this long to get round to it. I’m not sure why I kept putting it off. It took 10 minutes and it could potentially save my life. It was quick, easy and pain free. So if you’re like me and have been putting it off. Please don’t. There’s no reason too.
